Terms of Service

Effective 2026-10-04

TuberCRM is a customer relationship manager for sales teams, made and run by The Yummy Potato, LLC, of Forest, Virginia. These terms are between us and each company that uses TuberCRM, and the people that company adds. By signing in, you agree to them. If your company has a written agreement with us, that agreement controls wherever the two differ.

Invite only, and still new

TuberCRM is offered by invitation while it is new. A company gets a book when we set one up for it, and a person gets in when that company adds them. The service will change as we build it.

Your sign-in

Your sign-in is yours alone. Do not share it, and tell your company's owner or us if you think somebody else has used it. Your company's owners decide who is on its book and what each person can see and do there.

Your company's records

What your company puts in its book belongs to your company. We use it only to provide TuberCRM, as the Privacy Policy describes. Your company can have a copy of its book on request.

Using it properly

You agree to:

  • Use TuberCRM lawfully, and only for your company's business.
  • Stay out of any book, account, or record you were not given.
  • Leave the service's defenses alone. Do not probe or test them, or interfere with the service, without our written permission.
  • Put in only information your company has the right to keep and use.
  • Keep payment card numbers, government ID numbers, and health records out of it. TuberCRM is not built to hold them.

Connected mailboxes

Connecting mail and calendars takes your company's Google Workspace administrator, who names the mailboxes. Your company is responsible for having the right to connect them and for telling the people who use them.

AI assistants

Connecting an assistant is your choice. It acts with your permissions, so what it writes in your book is written as you, and you are responsible for it. Anything it writes can be undone for seven days. The assistant itself belongs to the company that provides it, and that company's terms govern it.

What is ours

TuberCRM, its name, and its design belong to The Yummy Potato, LLC. These terms let you use the service. They do not transfer it. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

Availability

We work to keep TuberCRM running and your company's records safe. While it is new, we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Warranty and liability

To the extent the law allows, TuberCRM is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about TuberCRM is limited to the greater of what your company paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars.

Ending

Your company can stop using TuberCRM at any time. We can suspend or end access when these terms are broken, or when keeping it open would put the service or other people at risk, and we will say why unless the law forbids it. After access ends, your company can ask for a copy of its book for 30 days, and its records are then deleted as the Privacy Policy describes.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date. If a change is significant, we will tell each company's owners by email before it takes effect. Using TuberCRM after that means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts located there.
